Make a five-year term investment of C$1,200,000 with Investissement Québec – Immigrants Investisseurs Inc.
How can I prove that my net-worth has been lawfully obtained?
You must demonstrate the origin and accumulation of your wealth through reliable third-party documentary evidence such as tax returns, pay stubs, deed of purchase/sale, bank statements, statements from stock broker, business and real estate valuation. You must be able to prove that your assets were gained through means, which are considered legal including gifts and inheritance.
Who is included in the application for permanent residence?
The application for permanent residence generally includes the applicant, spouse or common-law partner or conjugal partner and dependent children under the age of 22 years. Children over the age of 22 may be included provided they are still at continues education, dependent and unmarried.
