   I am happy to recommend Mr Sarb and his team. My case has been complex to say the least. I applied for permanent residency, spousal option via an immigration consultant in 2016. My wife an kids all Canadian, migrated to Canada in 2018. Long story short, the immigration consultants weren’t very helpful as I took matters into my own hands and began directly corresponding with the immigration office. Fast forward to 2020, no decision made and losing hope, we engaged Mr Sarb and requested his assistance. He immediately proceeded to engage immigration regarding my case.
I finally received definitive timelines from the immigration office. 2021, I am in Canada, with my family after almost 4yrs of living apart.
I can say with utmost conviction, use an immigration lawyer when applying. Mr Sarb and his team were very efficient, effective and empathetic.

   Coming into Canada with an expired PR card, Beyond Borders (Sarb) was extremely helpful and diligent in how I would be able to enter Canada and the process on how I would be able to renew my PR status there was a lot of time & patience that he had put into make sure that this was done in the smoothest way possible and where I wouldn't have to get involved as much if not at all.    I have been applying for Canadian visa since 2017..October  this year,  a friend link me with Beyond Borders  Law Firm  and we started collating  my documents which was submitted  to the  embassy  on the 1st of December, I received  an invitation  from the embassy  to come wirh my passport  on the 8th of December,  exactly  a week after submission.... wahoo!  am super excited,  I will finally meet  my grand son.. thank you Sarb, you are the best...

   Beyond Borders Law, and specifically Sarb Farmaha, did such an amazing job with my wifes PR application. In less than a year my wife got confirmation of permanent residency with an absolutely minimum amount of work on our end. This was absolutely money well spent and I encourage anyone needing assistance regarding immigration law to contact Beyond Borders. To think that this was done in a pandemic with the government of Canada claiming they are many months behind processing applications blows my mind.
